The right of withdrawal for consumers <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n(A consumer is any natural Person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nYou have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason this contract.
\nThe revocation period is 14 days from the day <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, possession of the Goods or, if you have ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this unit will be<\/span>;<\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, the last goods have taken possession or has, if you have ordered several Goods under a single order and these are delivered separately.<\/span>;<\/p>\n

\u2013 on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, the last installment or the last piece of property taken or, if a product ordered have, in several partial consignments or pieces will be delivered<\/span>;<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Westphalia Care GmbH, Paderborner Str. 44, 33181 Bad W\u00fcnnenberg-Haaren, Telefonnr.: 05295 997 33 10, Fax no.: 05295 997 33 89, E-Mail address: service@westfalencare.com)<\/strong> by means of a clear Declaration (e.g. a letter sent by Post, Fax or E-Mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, inform. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which however is not mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Consequences of the revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you revoke this contract, we have you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from the fact that you have chosen another kind of delivery than the offered by us, cheapest standard delivery and delivery) without delay and at the latest within 14 Days<\/span> from the day to repay, on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the Goods back again or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the Goods, whichever is the earlier point in time.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have the Goods immediately and in any case at the latest within 14 Days<\/span><\/span> <\/span>from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract to us <\/span>returned or transferred. The deadline is met if you send the Goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days<\/span> submit.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will bear the direct cost of returning enabled for shipping Goods, as well as the direct cost of returning the Goods.<\/span> <\/span>The cost for non-transportable Goods can be estimated at a maximum of about 5-10 EUR.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have to pay for a possible loss in value of the Goods if this loss in value is attributable to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods which is not necessary in dealing with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exclusion or extinction reasons<\/strong><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not exist with contracts<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 for the supply of Goods which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or determination by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;<\/span>
\n\u2013 for the delivery of Goods that can spoil quickly or whose use-by date passes quickly;<\/span>
\n\u2013 for delivery of alcoholic drinks, whose price was agreed at the conclusion of the contract, which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market depends on which the entrepreneur has no influence;<\/span>
\n\u2013 for delivery of Newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n

The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 for the supply of sealed Goods which are not suitable for reasons of health protection or Hygiene to return if their seal has been removed after the delivery;<\/span><\/span>
\n\u2013 for the delivery of Goods, when they were mixed after the delivery, owing to their nature, inseparably with other goods;<\/span><\/span>
\n\u2013 for delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
